Dear Everyone,

I would like to invite you to take part of this journey to improvisation and Playback Theatre.

Playback Theatre is a form of improvisational performance were people tell stories and witness their stories transformed into theatre, music, dance, visual art, poetry.
The process is facilitated by the conductor who bridges the audience and the performers.

Playback Theatre is for everyone regardless of experience.
Sharing our stories and telling our moments is a natural desire of each of us. We like telling our experience and wish that others listen and take part in our lives.

In Playback Theatre we create a safe space to do that and more. We create theatre out of our stories and we create community.
The goal in Playback Theatre is to listen to each other and honour our stories. Acknowledge our lives and enhance it with a powerful artistic tool.

About me:
Agi started practising Playback Theatre in 2009 in Hungary where she comes from. She is member of Pepita Playback Theatre in Budapest and London Playback Theatre in London.

She acts as a playback theatre actor, musician and conductor and she will create you an exploratory space on the day.

Since I`ve got to know Playback Theatre I wanted to be very good at it. In order to develop myself I always actively search for opportunities which could contribute to my improvement.
Initially I trained in Playback Theatre with Bea Somogyi, Agi Sutori and Pepita Playback Theatre in Hungary, I developed my movement skills through weight-flow contact improvisation by Gabor Goda. I learnt physical theatre skills from Gabor Csetneki, Agi Domonkos, Larry Ng, Monica Gravagno.
I learned from and explored Theatre of the oppressed with Veronika Szabo.
In London I finished the Certificate course for Playback Theatre by the School of Playback Theatre UK, where I trained with Veronica Needa, Simon Floodgate, Anna Chestner, Di Adderley, Jonathan Fox, Aviva Apel-Rosenthal,Shirley Legum.
I have learnt and hopefully will learn more clowning from Jon Davison, Aitor Basauri, Mike Barnfather, Katie Tranter.
